I value quality over quantity. Therefore, I only schedule a limited number of sessions per week so I can focus on each client’s unique needs and be extremely present with them in session. I use family systems techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you notice the patterns in your life that have you feeling disconnected, stuck and alone. I aim to support you in making the changes you want to see in yourself to help you create more fulfilling connections with your family members and make your feelings of anxiety and depression more manageable. I help people heal from dysfunctional family patterns in order to improve their current relationships and mental health.
I know that therapy can feel very uncomfortable at first, but I have a very interactive style. I will ask you questions, provide you feedback, support you and gently challenge you to grow. I want my office to become a safe space for you to say whatever is on your mind without fear of judgement or criticism.
